It �s our understanding that Rudy Wicklander Homes, lnc. has purchased the house at
3345 Crystal Bay Road in Orono wittt the intention oF demofishing rhe house and construction a
new structure. Based on the attached survey, it is our understanding that there currently exists a
masonry and boulder retaining wall elong the southeasterly lot line of this properry and that a
portion of this wall is located an Hennepin County Regional Railroad Authority (HCRRA)
property.
As this well is in good physfcel condition and its removal wauld create erosion and drainage
problems, MCRRA daes n�t orJect if the wall remains ir, place. As t�me per:nits, it would be
HCRRA's desire ta er�ter inta a "permi� agreemenY' wif� the owner of the property formallzing
the right of the wa11 to be located on HCRRA property.
Please be aware, that if the retaining wall is removed and rebuilt, HCRRA would require that the
wall be constructed entirely on private propefij.
The attached survey also indicates that a 7.4' X 9.9' shed is located Qn HCRRA right-of-way.
Ptease be aware that is HCRRA policy that struc�.,res af this type car� not be loc�ted on HCRRA
right-of-way and that tnis shed must be rernoved_ �t is our understanding that this shed daes not
belQng to the owner of the property at 3345 Crystal Bay Road,
