At the regularly scheduled September 15, 1987 meeting of the Board of Managers,
the subject permit application was reviewed along with the following exhibits:
1. Permit Application No. 87-166 received August 27, 1987.
2. Site map showing the location of the project area.
3. Typical cross section showing riprap placement prepared by Bill Niccum dated
August 26, 1987.
The Board approved the permit application.
This document is your permit from the MCWD. Itis valid for one year. If
construction is not complete within one (1) year, an extension must be
requested. Please contact the District at 473-4224 when the project is about to
corrm ence so an inspector may view the work in progress.
