The following permits are still open for permit#2014-00858 pertaining to 3309 Crystal Bay Road:
• Plumbing Final
• Mechanical Final
• Building:
o foundation/water proofing
o foundation survey b/4 framing (PLEASE NOTE: A foundation as-built was not submitted.
This is our checkpoint for verifying building height compliance. Please remember in the
future you will not be able to frame without an as-built survey submitted and approved.)

Once the above has been approved we can issue a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. Please have the
property owner sign the attached agreement and return with a check for$7,500.
