We have a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy ready; however, before it can be issued we need you to sign the
attached Temporary Certificate of Occupancy escrow agreement and return with a check for$7,500. We currently hold
$2,500, so the additional $7,500 will total $10,000 which we will hold until all the grading, driveway and exterior
improvements are completed and an as-built survey has been submitted and approved.
