Dear Mr. and Mrs. Anderson;
Enclosed with this letter is a billing for the third quarter sewer utility and recycling
services. Your bill was delayed while we researched the circumstances related to your
property being served by water from the City of Minnetonka Beach. We have determined
that the property was provided with water service from the City of Orono, although, at the
time water was already being provided by the City of Minnetonka Beach. Since you are
connected to the Minnetonka Beach water system we will discontinue the "ready to serve"
charge. The enclosed billing reflects a credit for the ready to serve charge and for the
proportionate penalty back to January, 1997. As the billing is being sent to you at this
late date, we will not apply a late payment penalty until December 31, 1997.
