To Whom It May Concern:
I was called to 325 Crestview by the tenant to inspect water damage. I inspected the south
bedrooms and the bathroom, and noticed water damage in the ceiling. The tile ceiling in the
bathroom had rust colored staining and was sagging. The drywall in the bedrooms was stained
and sagging as well. The roof was leaking into the house. Also, on the sloped north roof it was
obvious that it was sagging above and next to the front door. I did not inspect the attic structural
framing to determine its integrity. However, an exterior visual inspection showed signs of
failure.
