Dear Mr. Sullivan:
I am writing in regards to your property at the above described location, tax parcel
number OS-117-23-14-0031. On Apri120, 2005 you were issued a temporary certificate
of occupancy on condition of finishing the exterior grading work and sod by July 1, 2005.
The silt fence was also to have been maintained until the yard was sodded or �ully
_ _, _grassed.
- Staff from this Office ins�ected�our property,on May 2, 2006. The exterior final grade
and sodding has not been done and the silt fence around the property lines has been
-removed. Tl�e silf-fenc� must be re-instal,led b�June 2,.2006.,::The final grade and sod
must be completed by August 1, 2006. If the silt fenee is re-installed by June 2, 2006 the
teinporary certif cate of occuparicy will be extended until August 1, 2006.

Failure to correct these deficiencies can resulf in occuparicy violation citations to be
issued. If you have.any questions please feel free to call., Staff will re-inspect the
property on June 5, 2006 to confirm the installation of the silt fence.
