Based on those discussions,we have determined that the grading on the property needs to be adjusted to direct as much water as possible towards the street to match the pre-existing drainage patterns to the extent possible. Prior to proceeding with the adjustments, please submit a revised grading for review. At our meeting yesterday, both Wendy and Chad voiced concerns related to the previous approvals and direction that has been given to them by the City. No. Melanie, The front yard and a portion of the driveway should be shaped to direct as much runoff towards the road as possible. In addition,the grades along the south property line should be flattended to the extent possible to allow runoff to leave the property along the entire property line to match pre-existing conditions. Can you provide me with a bullet or bullets to send to the builder? I know you recommended that they do some minor re-grading in the front so that the road water didn't run across the subject lot (and then directly onto the lot to the southwest) but were there other more specific comments as well?
