Dear Mra Biek,
This letter is regarding the drainage problem at your property. It appears that there is
considerable water flowing along your driveway that is pushing bark and dirt out into the cul-du-
sac on Creekwood Trail. We need you to address this problem so wood chips and dirt is not
getting into the cul-du-sac and plugging the drain. This is a safety issue and a drainage problem.
