Attached is the revised Certificate of Survey for 115 Creek Ridge Pass.
The elevations for top of foundation/ basement floor are per what is existing on site.
The first floor elevation will now be 961.6—Less 6'-0" per the city ordinance is 955.6.
This will give us 97.2 lineal feet(54%) above the 955.6 contour and 82.6 lineal feet (46%) below the 955.6 contour.
