Hi Shannon,
Per our conversation this morning, attached is a copy of the survey (not to scale) outlining the buffer area
along with the written legal descriptions for the wetland easement and the wetland buffer easement. The
yellow area is the wetland buffer, the orange area is turf to be returned to buffer and a mitigation area for the
driveway encroachment. I have outlined the entire buffer easement in pink.
I have performed some further researched and determined that the City of Orono will pay for the $150 fee for
the Consent of Easement service. Please send me an invoice, letter or email, on Company letterhead stating
the amount needed for the Mortgage Holder Consent to Easement and I will see it is submitted to our finance
department for payment.
