He called and I was in the area (will not need to charge for the visit) so I stopped by to review the site. The buckthorn clearing has been completed and he is in compliance with the wetland code. The escrow that the City is holding ($3,000) can be returned. This one was lingering from last year so I finished it off, but do not plan on finishing any other reviews unless it is requested by the City. Let me know if you have questions. John �
