We have narrowed the sub-coni�'actors who would provide tk�e soil for the proj�ct to Bo11ig& Sons (MitarAetonka) or poboszenski&Sons(Loretto). Both indicated they would do their best to protect the tcail(pertx�it applied for from the Three�tivers Park District to cross the bike path) and to limit any fmpact on the grassy area r�preset�ting the point of entry from Old Crystal Bay Road. Bollig& Sons iz�dicated they would put down"conbit"to protect the trail and Doboszenski indicated they would put down plywood sheeting and dirt to protect the trail. Please note,no curbing exists along the proposed point of entry from Old Crystal Bay Road. We are attempting to complete the project during November,a time of tk�e year when the use of the trail is probably below average due to lowet temperatures. Tn addition, vti+e believe completing the project during�Tovember would have less impact on the bike path,and city owned prope�rty, as the ground will likel�firm during the late fall months.
