Hi Chris,
FYI—Ken Ronsberg has confirmed with MCWD that the pool installation at 2655 Countryside Drive will not disturb over
5,000 square feet of area or 5Q cubic yards of soil, so MCWD will not be requiring an erosion control permit for this
project. We do recommend that perimeter control and soil stabitization measures be taken.
