1 "CODE SYS7EM"-A system which meets all the location, design, and construction standards of the current City

7 Solids accumulation in tanks is at a critical level. Tanks should be pumped out as soon as possible.
8 System is discharging to the surface. Tanks must be pumped out uithin 48 hours to eliminate surface dischar�e.
9 lnspection risers missing-tanks could not be inspected. Inspection risers (4" dia. pipe) must be installed tn each
