A RSSOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
WHEItEAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the
12th day of October, 1987, fixed a date for a Council hearing on
the proposed improvement of Woodhill Avenue . .
WHEREAS , ten days' mailed notice and two weeks'
published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was
held thereon on this 23rd day of November, 1987 , at which all
persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be
heard thereon.

• CITY OF OROAIO, MINNRSOTA; .
1. Such improvement is hereby ordered' as proposed in
the Council resolution adopted 12th day of October ,
1987 .
2. Glenn Cook, City Engineer is hereby designated as
the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare
plans and specifications for the making of such
improvement.
• Adopted by the Council this 23rd day of November , 1987 .
