A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING
011�E SEWER IINIT AT 525 TONRAWA ROAD
. P.I.D. 06-117-23-41-Q�98
WHEREAS, the property owner of 525 Tonkawa Road has
acquired additional lots adjacent to 525 Tonkawa Road; and
WHEREAS, 525 Tonkawa Road was assessec7 one sewer unit
and the adjoining parce�ls were assessed one sewer unit; and
WHEREAS, the property owner of 525 Tonkawa Road has
combined all parcels into one parcel now known as P.I.D. 06-117-
23-41-0098; and
WHEREAS, the property owner has requested that the
parcel be assigned only one sewer unit; and
WH�ItEAS , the property owner has requested that the
• balance of a°'ssessments due in the amount of $2,619.66 be reduced
to show zero balance for sanitary sewer for P.I.D. 06-117-23-41-
0098.
ATOW, THF�YtEFO1tE BE IT RESOLVED, that the sewer units for
525 Tonkawa Road, P.I.D. 06-117-23 41 fd098 , be reduced to one
� unit and the amount of the sanitary sewer assessment be reduced
by an amount not to exceed $2,619.66.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held November 9, 1987.
