RESOLIITION OF CONGRATULATIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Orono enjoys recognizing the
excellent efforts of its citizens and their organizations , and
WHEREAS, the Minnesota Twins have shown themselves to be
individuals with great ability, who have through their teamwork
displayed themselves as an excellent team, and
WHEREAS, their outstanding play-off series against the
Detroit Tigers has demonstrated their excellence, and
WHEItEAS, Tom Brunansky is an Orono resident , and
� � WHEREAS, Tom Brunansky's superior play during the series
� �'�`�',�was key to the team's success.

NOW, THERSFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Honorable Mayor
of Orono, James R. Grabek, on behalf of the City of Orono, its
Council , staff and citizens recognize Tom Brunansky and the �
Minnesota Twins for their efforts and congratulate them on a job
well done in the play-off series against the Detroit Tigerso
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held this 12th day of October ,
1987.
