COUNTY OF HENNEPIN
STATE OF MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 1988 BDDGET FOR THE
LARE MINNETONRA CABLE CONII�liJ�ICATIONS CONIlKISSION
WHEREAS ,, the City of Orono ("City") is an existing
member of the Commission;
WHEREAS, said joint and cooperative effort is authorized
by Minnesota Statutes Section 238. P18, Subd. 5;
WHSREAS, the existing joint powers agreement provides
that the member cities of Commission shall review and approve the
Commission budget;
WHY3REAS, the City has rev iewed the 1988 budget of the
•� Commission and believes it to be proper ;
NOWB TH�gZEFO�S, be it resolved, that the City Council of
the City of Orono approves the 1988 budget of the Lake Minnetonka
Cable Communications Commission.
The above listed resolution was moved by Councilmember Callahan
and duly seconded by _ Councilmember Goetten
The following Council Members voted in the affirmative:
Mayor Grabek, �Councilmembers Peterson and Sime.
The following council Members voted in the negative:

The above resolution was duly adopted September 14,
1987. �
