Dear Mike:
Following up on our telephone conversation of last week r�gardinq
the marsh on the property described .�bove, please consider the enclosed
revised enqineeriny survcy.
Based on our discussion, I notified Hedlund cnQineering of the need to
fill in the side of the marsh nearest thc proposed structure, while
maintaining the capacit}• of thc rosr�h arca.
The enclosed proposal would actuall}� slightly increase the capacity
of the marsh, without siqnificantly chanqing the general location,
or causing difficulty for the neighbors.
I hope that you will agree that developement of the property should
be an asset for the community, sincc it would be our intention to
keep the marsh and thc area around it cleaned up and not to allow
deUris such as ladders , tires, etc, to accumulate.
Regarding your other request for the proposed home to be staked out
on the property, HFdtund Engincerinca ghould be cloinq that durinq the
coming week, and I will give you a call when that has been accomplished.

approval as presented. The overflew for the pend will be to the northeast
acro�• Lake 3treet vhich will n�t cause any prablem to adjacent residenta.
The pc�nd may cause seme preblems fc►r r.he City atreet if the water elevatioa
geta up to or near the elevati�n of the road and aite for extended periods of
time. If thie eituation occurs, it weuld be desirable te lecate ehe reported
