We are still holding the $2,500 escrow until full payment has been made. 1785 Concordia — Dulin: In February 2010, we refunded the zoning application escrow ($2,500), we still hold the building permit escrow of$2,500. We cannot issue a certificate of occupancy or refund the building permit escrow without verification of the site conditions on the as-built (see attached). According to our engineer this will now have to take place in the spring due to the snow. Please let me know if you have further questions. Stonewood, LLC submitted ass-built survey information for several homes; for which I need evidence of City approvals for Title Companies and file closings. Please let me know the status and timing for approvals for: 3127 Casco Circle (Point), Orono, 55391; Fred Peters Residence; and 1785 Concordia Street(Fagerness Point), Orono, 55391; Kevin & Barb Dulin Residence. 1 '. ll Cd Melanie Curtis From: Melanie Curtis Sent: Tuesday, April 19, 2011 2:04 PM To: Jeff Froehle Cc: Christine Mattson Subject: FW: 1785 Concordia Jeff See Tom Kellogg's response below. I assume there will still be some engineer charges to get through our billing cycle but it appears we can begin processing this for the escrow refund and Certificate of Occupancy. At this point I don't know if the $500 credit for engineering review has been used up or if the Dulin's will get a bill. The escrow refund will take at least a month to assure no additional bills will come through on this file. The CO we can issue this week. I would anticipate that the owner will want to remove the ice ridge in the future even though the builder is telling you it will stay as is.
