The Ciry's records should show that both of the wells on these lots have already been capped and abandoned. As you will recall, you and Kyle Hunt discussed our plan to demolish the existing structures, combine the two lots, and build a new home. I have also enclosed a site plan for your further reference and information. The homeowner,Jim Nystrom, should have already delivered to the Ciry the appropriate ' paperwork for the process of combining these lots. I understand that the Ciry cannot forward the paperwork to the Counry until such time as at least one of the structures is actually demolished.
