Olson 1725 Concordia Street Wayzata, MN 55391 Re: Proposed Addition Dear Mr. Olson: We are in receipt of your permit application to construct a room and garage addition to the existing residence at 1725 Concordia Street. The following items are missing and must be submitted for review: 1. Hardcover Calculations (form attached) 2. Energy Calculations (fcrm attached) In addition to these submittals, we find that based on your survey and construction plans, the proposed addition is 9.55' feet from the side lot line where a 10 foot setbacic is required, and about 29.4 feet from the street lot line where a 30 foot setback is required. Your options are: a) redesign addition to meet the required setbacks; b) apply for variances to the setback requirements (if completed variance application reaches us by 8/22/86 this could be scheduled for Planning Commission Public Hearing on September 15 with final Council action on October 13); c) have your surveyor veri.fy that our calculations are incorrect and that your addition will indeed meet the 10' and 30' setbacks. I tried to contact you by phone on 8/19/86 but got no answer, hence, this letter. Please contact me if you have any questions. Sincerel -- Michael P. Ga on, Asst.
