Dear Mr. Vang:
As per your request, we have reviewed the asbuilt swale at the
Nt�strom/Olson property at 1725 Concordia Street in Orono. It is
our opinion that this swale, approximately 2 . 5 - 4 feet wide and
+ 4 - 6" in depth, will be able to handle the 100 year storm (or
5. 9" rainfall in 24 hours) . The addition of an area of riprap as
shown on our survey and photo will prevent erosion to the swale and
keep the water from entering the neighbor's property to the north.
