This applica�ion ���as revie��-ed as Zonina File #02-2847. <br /> 2. The property is located in the LR-1 C Zonin�District,One Family Residential Zoning <br /> District. <br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission revie�ved this application on November 18,2002 <br /> and recommended approval of the proposed conditional use permit by a 6 to 0 vote. <br /> 4.
