Re: Nystrom Properry, Lots 13 and 14, Coffees Addition to Shady Wood Lake Minnetonka
Dear Paul:
Enclosed are the Applications for Demolition Permit for both of the above referenced lots.
The Ciry's records should show that both of the wells on these lots have already been capped
and abandoned.
As you will recall, you and Kyle Hunt discussed our plan to demolish the existing structures,
'� combine the two lots, and build a new home. I have also enclosed a site plan for your
J �� further reference and information.
The homeowner,Jim Nystrom, should have already delivered to the Ciry the appropriate
paperwork for the process of combining these lots. I understand that the City cannot
forward the paperwork to the Counry until such time as at least one of the structures is
actually demolished. Demolition of both of the primary structures is scheduled for Tuesday,
October 1.
Please call me if you have questions or need additional information. Otherwise, we await
notification that the Demolition Permits have been issued and are ready for pick up.

property may automatically terminate certain rights which may have accrued to the property by virtue of the
continued existence of that building.
