Non permitted events will not be allowed. 9 Sec.13.04 RIGHTS OF SLJB.IECTS OF DATA Subd. 1. Type of data. The rights of individual on whom the data is stored or to be stored shall be as set forth in this section. Subd.2. Information required to be given individual. An individual asked to supply private or confidential data conceming himself shall be informed of: (a)the purpose and intended use of the requested data within the collecting state agency, polirical subdivision, or statewide system; (b) whether he may refuse or is legally required to supply the requested data; (c)any known consequence arising from his supplying or refusing to supply private or confidenaal data; and(d)the identity of other persons or entities authorized by state or federal law to receive the data. This requirement shall not apply when an individual is asked to supply investigative data, pursuant to section 13.82, subdivision 5, to a law enforcement officer. The commissioner of ievenue mav place the noUce required under this subdivision in the individual income tax or propertv tax refund instructions instead of on those forms. Subd.3. Access to data by individual. Upon request to a responsible authoriry,an individual shall be informed whether he is the subject of stored data on individuals,and whether it is classified as public,private or confidential. Upon his further request, an individual who is the subject of stored private or public data on individuals shall be shown the data without any charge to him and, if he desires, shall be informed of the content and meaning of that data. Afrer an individual has been shown the private data and informed of its meaning, the data need not be disclosed to him for six months thereafter unless a dispute or acdon pursuant to this section is pending or additional data on the individual has been collected or created. The responsible audioriry shall provide copies of the private or public data upon request by the individual subject of the data. The responsible authoriry may require the requesring person to pay the actual costs of making, certifying, and compiling the copies. The responsible authoriry shall comply immediately, if possible, with any request made pursuant to this subdivision, or within five days of the date of the request,excluding Sa�rdays,Sundays and legal holidays, if immediate compliance is not possible. (a)correct the daha found to be inaccurate or incomplete and attempt to notify past recipients of inaccurate or incomplete data, including recipients named by the individual; or(b)notify the individual that he believes the data ro be correct. Data in dispute shall be disclosed only if the individual's statement of disagreement is included with the disclosed data. The detemiination of the responsible authority may be appealed pursuant to the provisions of the administrative procedure act relating to contested cases. The Owner sha11 secure and pay for a11 permits, licenses and fees required for the above project. 2. Each separate contractor shall cooperate with the Owner and all other contractors to ensure that the work of the project is conducted harmoniously, orderly, timely and in proper sequence in a workmanlike fashion. 3. Work siiall not commence until the contract has been fully executed, all contractors pro��ide proof of insurance and the owner gives notice to praceed. 4. All colors, patterns and finish materials s1�a11 be approved by Owner. 5. A11 materials shall be stored to prevent damage. �amaged material shall be replaced. 6. Each contractor shall inspect the work of others which sha11 receive or be adjacent to his Work. Commencing Work shall be construed as acceptance of work done by others. All manufactured components, such as trusses, cabinets, windo�vs, doors etc. shall be field measured ancl conditions verified by sub-cont�actor involveci. Truss supplier and cabinet maker shall provide architect with shop drawings showing layout. 8. Patch ercisting property on or adjacent to the site when dishirbed. 9. Contractors shall comply with all codes, ordinances and other public rules bearing on his Work. 10. If a Change in the Work is ordered by the owner, the Architect shall notify the contractors who will in turn revise the contract sum to reflect the cha.nge. 11. Owner shall provide temporary heat, light, power,water for the duration of the project. 12. Contractors shall provide weather protection as required to maintain the integrity of the Work in progress. 13. Contractors shall provide temporary shoring and bracing as required for safety sake. 14. All public and private property affected by the contractors shall remain clean and debris free. 15. The Caiitractors shall keep the project a�id nearby premises cleau and free of debris. 16. The Ounier shall provide for a means uf tem�orary erosion control as required. 17. Upon completiou of the project contractors shall leave a clean site, free of tools and equipment. _ 18, Final payment sha11 be issued by the owner oi�ly when a11 punch list items are completed to the satisfaction of the owner and the architect. 19. Owner shall provide a lock box for building security. � � I i i � DIVISION 2: SITB WORK 1. During demolition all property and personnel shall be safely protected. 2. Provide barricades from dust and debris, 3. Report any known toxic or harmful materials when present. 4. Report any discrepancies or hidden items to the architect during demolition. 5. Contractor hired for removal of e�sting structure shall execute all demolition as required for new construction and shall have all utilities disconnected 6. All items of value to be removed or destroyed shall be turned over to the owner for review. Items refused by the owner shall be disposed of by the Demo contractor. 7. Remove topsoil as required for excavation. Excess soil to be removed by excavation contractor. 8. Excavate to proper depth to min 2500 psf soil bearing capacity. Do not over excavate. 9. Provide sand compaction as indicated on drawings. 10. Install and coznpact a 4" - 6"Class 5 base under all concrete slabs and sidewalks 1 l. Protect existing trees,shrubs, grass, utilities and buildings during excavation. 12. Backfill as not to disturb foundations. 13. Rough grade to approximate fina.l elevations as soon as possible without damage to new ar existing construction by excavating contractor. 14. Final grade to insure proper drainage away from building in smooth contours around building by excavating contractor per site plan. 15.
