A circumstance exists were our organization will not be able to complete the garage
addition for the Palm residence in accordance with their schedule. The Palms have elected to
remove Knight Construction from completing the structure and have engaged a new contractor
to complete the project. Please remove our name as contractor from the project effective
irtunediately
