The easement encumbers a triangular <br /> portion of the property. Wooddale Builders (Stonebrook Development LLC) plan to build on the <br /> property and have designed a house that avoids encroaching upon the easement, except for two <br /> small roof overhangs as depicted on the attached drawings.
