We were recently out at the Backes cabin on Big Island to trim dead branches. Upon looking at
the praperty,Mark noticed a 24"sugar maple with a hollow cavity. The tree is 80-90%rotten in
the core with a fresh crack. It is a hazard tree and is over a walkway and could fall on the house.
They also have a 14"diseased elm that is dead standing that is hanging over their dock. It also
needs to be removed.
