Jeff,
Per my conversation with Derek at Craft Homes he asked that I emaii you the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy
escrow agreement. You can either print of the agreement or I will have a copy here for you to sign. We currently hold
$2,500 in conjunction with the building permit application. Before we can issue a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy
an additional $7,500 must be submitted. We will hold a total of$10,000 until all grading is finalized, the landscaping is
complete, and all exposed areas have been seeded or sodded.
I have been in contact with a couple different people discussing changing the approved landscaping of your
property. Please make sure an updated landscape plan, survey and hardcover calculations are submitted for our
approval prior to the commencement of any work.
We are open Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm. When you stop in to take care of the temporary certificate of
occupancy escrow agreement we will have you sign the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy and issue that at the same
time.
