RE: Roger & Megan Remark Project
To Whom it May Concern,
Please be advised that the plans done by Alexander Design Group for the Remark
garage, hearth and dining room additions will be built per plan design.
This project will keep with existing drainage, grading, slopes, swales and landscaping.
We will extend the concrete footings and foundation walls deeper for frost to
approximately 68" so as to not change the finish grade or move and/or add additional
fill. This will allow for the accommodation of the 50 yard dirt displacement rule. Please
note that these additions will be built on crawl spaces, not full basements.
We believe this plan will alter approximately 38 to 42 yards at most.
