<br /> We have reviewed the proposed grading plan for the property at 139 Chevy Chase Drive. The plan
<br /> submitted was not clear and we have clari�ied the drawing in accordance with a telephone
<br /> conversation with Dave Stockdale of Edgework Builders.
<br /> The revised plan will improve drainage in the area as some additional ponding will be provided. The
<br /> drainage way will also be improved to minimize maintenance and improve flow characteristics.
<br /> There will be work completed on the neighbor's property to the east. The City will have to veri�y
<br /> the neighbor's concurrence with the work prior to issuing the permit.
