� RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL

RECOGNITION OF GLORIA MCDONALD'S VOLIINTEER SERVICE
� ON THE CITY OF ORONO'S PLANNING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, Gloria McDonald served on the City's Planning
Commission from January 1975 to December 31, 1986, and
WHEREAS, the quality of the community is very dependent
on the City' s excellence in its land use management, and
WHEREAS, the City's Planning Commission is an integral
part of the community's excellent land use management, and
; ,
WHEREAS, Gloria McDonald in her service to the community
on the Planning Commission served a term as Chairman for a period
of time, did excellent work and exhibited her dedication in
knowledge and application of codes to various' applications, and .
� WHE�AS, the City of Orono likes to take the opportunity
to recognize individuals for such loyal and dedicated service.
NOW,� THE�FOR� BE IT R�SOLOED, that the City of Orono
give this resolution of appreciation to Gloria McDonald in honor
� of her many years of service to the Planning Commission for the
City , of Orono, and -
BE IT FIIRTH�lt RESOY.BED, that this token of grat.itude is
� given to Gloria McDonald by the Council on behalf of all the
� citizens of the community.
