Al�NDING RESOLUTION �2088 DIRECTING THE PRIVATE SALE
OF PROPERTY TO ABIITTING PROPERTY OWNERS
LOT 4, BLOCK l, S�GA HILL REVISED
WHE1tEAS, 1290 Spruce Place has been directed for sale to
the abutting �roperty owners under Resolution #2f�88 dated
November 24, 1986; and
WHEREAS, that resolution contains costs incurred by the
Ci�ty of Orono to be $1, 80P1. 0�; and
WHEREAS, that figure is incorrect and a review of the
financial records of the City indicates a� total expenditure of
$2,22P1.5�; and
WHE REAS, costs that were incurred followinq the tax
• forfeiture of the property can be recouped as part of the sale.
NOW, THEREFORI3 BE IT RESO�,VED, that the City requests
the County to recoup the total amount of its costs in the amount
of $2, 220.50 as part of the sale of the property to abutting
property owners.
Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held February 9, 1987.
