. RLSOLIITION OI�' OUTSTANDING SERVICE BY
COUNCILMEMBER THOYrIAS FRAHM

WHEREAS, the City of Orono has a continuing program of
recognizinq persons who are outstanding in their service to the
community; and �
- ° L9IHEREAS , Thomas Frahm has exemplifiec� outstanding
leadership in the Orono community through his work over the past
�.�1 years; and
WHER�AS, Thcmas Frahm served as a Councilmember for the
� - ^ City of Orono from October 1981 to December 31, 1986; and
� WHEREAS, he also served on the Planning Commission from
September 1977 to September 1981 being its Vice Chairperson from
August 25, 198f� to September 1981; and
� WHE�AS, Thomas Frahm has served during a crucial phase
of the community's development; and
E+IHEREAS , the City is a b�tter place because of his
participation. �
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono
recognize Thomas Frahm for his outstanding efforts; and �
NOW, T�iEREF0�2E, FURTHEI2 BE IT RESOLVED that he be
thanked by the City Council and the entire community for his
excel ]_ent work. ,
