Dear Mr. Soderberg,
It has come to the attention of this department that the property at 1470 Cherry Place has
an erosion problem. The site does not have a yard established and the soil is washing into
the lake and onto the neighbars property. The builder did provide erosion control fence
but it has become full and has overflowed. �
This letter is to require you to Clean up soil that has washed into the lake and onto the
Neighbors' property and to repair the silt fence as needed . A deadline of July 31, 2008
has been established for completion of the work. If this deadline is not met the city will
cause the work to be completed and will certify the cost against the property as a special
assessment. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at my office.
