A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE
DIRECTOR TO SUBDRBAN RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of
Orono, Minnesota, as follows:

designated to serve as a director of the Suburban Rate Authority,
and Mark E. Bernhardson is hereby designated to
serve as alternate director of the Suburban Rate Authority for
the year 1987 and until their successors are appointed.

Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono,
Minnesota at a regular meeting held January 12, 1987.
