Unfortunately we do not have an As-Built survey in the file therefore we cannot provide you with absolute hardcover
information for 1430 Cherry Place. Revised hardcover calculations would need to be provided by you as well as an As-
Built survey indicating the current site conditions. Your proposal to bring in dirt/fill and to add some rocks for
retainage along the staircase would need to be shown on the survey for our review.

Can you please let us know if we hae to pull a permit to put dirt at our property from 75' to 200' at 1430 Cherry Place?
You were out a week or so ago.
Also, the specs of hardcover, please let me know are percentage used from 75' to 200' feet. We like to add some rocks
for the steps going down to hold the dirt from falling down.
