Bremer conunented there is difficult topography on fhis lot that malces it hard to locate a building on this Iot and that she would be in support of a 30-foot setback. Bremer inquired whelher the ap�licants checiced the City's vs�eb site to verify the setbacic inform�tion. Lindbloom stated the City's map on the web site malces it look lilce their property is located in the R1-B disiricC. Warren stated their draftsman also made the same mistalce as the Staff person when at�eillpting to figure out which district this property lies in. Ra1ui siated he would have a difficult time finding a hardship for the accessory st�-uchu-e given the size of the current garage. Ralm sYated in his view it is doubtful the council�vould approve anything Uut a 30-foot setback given the ]ack of a hardship. Kenlpf indicated he agrees with Con-unissioners Ralul and Bremer's conunents. Kroeger stated he also is in agreement with the comments made. Kaley stated she suffers from pulmonary fibrosis, which means that her lungs do not work well, and she has a concern with the open-sided kiln being proposed for this property and the smoke that would be generated from it.
