Re: Deck Construction without Building Permit
Dear Mr. Miklethun:
It has come to the attention of this department that you
have recently constructed a deck on your property at 1385 Cherry
Place. In reviewing the file for this property, I find that the
deck was not included in the original house permit.
This letter is to inform you that a building permit is
required for the construction of the deck and the enclosed
building permit application and required submittals must be
provided to the City for review no later than October 22, 1990.
If you have any questions or if you have a prablem meeting this
deadline, please feel free to call me at my office (473-7357).
