Subject: 1370 Cherry Place
A contractor was in today inquiring about re-building the boat house at 1370 Cherry Place. I told him the as-built survey
for the new principal structure we had on file showing the existing boat house would suffice for the building permit
application, but we would require an as-built after the project was complete.
I also told him after we received the application the building official would visit the property to verify the submitted
plans were truly an in-kind replacement and he would also take photos at that time.
