Hi Christine
We have initiated a division (subject to city approval) of PID 26-117-23-33-0026. Part of PID 0026 was
transferred to Kevin and Mandy Schultz. We tried contacting the parties involved with the transfer to determine
if they really intended to do a partial transfer, but have had no response.
If the city of Orono sends the division back to the county marked 'not approved', then we will put this division
on hold until something gets resolved. My personal opinion is that there is a title issue that needs to be
resolved on the part of the seller and buyer.

Hello,
While researching 3980 Cherry Avenue 08-117-23-33-0096 and 38 Unassigned 07-117-23-44-0094 the
following message appears:
The displayed parcel boundary may not be the actual boundary because this property is in the process of
being divided or replatted.
Can you me what is currently happening with those properties?
