While our preference would be to have no additional driveways on North Arm Drive, if this lot was developed we would not be able to deny access since it would be landlocked. I recently build a home in Orono 3955 Cherry Ave, Onoro MN. Our lot has a small adjacent plot of land. The address of the plot is 1520 N Arm drive, Orono MN PID: 0811723330077. I am interested in purchasing the plot of land and I am trying to determine if we would be allowed to build a drive way connecting to N Arm Drive. Today the lot is vacant today and lacks a drive way. The banking down the road currently does have some pitch to it. Given that can you tell me if a drive permit would be issued by the Hennepin County?
