It was a pleasure to meet you last week. The purpose of this letter is to
confirm our conversation.
During the week of October 20'h, �veather permitting, we will be
back�lling the new single garage foundation and rough grading the lot. At that
tirne we will remove the dirt that ha:�eroded on to your prope:rty, spread black dirt
over the contaminated area, apply grass seed and cover with erosion blanket.
