The City of Orono is in receipt of a building permit application
for the above referenced property, which was received by this
office on May 31 , 1990. A review of the application finds the
following information is missing:
1. Hardcover Calculations. This property is in the 250-
500' lakeshore setback zone, where hardcover on the property
is limited to 30 $. A copy of the hardcover calculation
worksheet is enclosed for your use.
2. Certificate of Survey. The Certificate of Survey
submitted does not show the existing house location nor does
it show the actual boundaries of the property. An up-to-
date Certificate of Survey showing the existinq location of
all buildings on the property, and the current property
boundaries, must be submitted.
Review of your application cannot continue until the noted items
are submitted.
