Dear Ms. Amplatz:
This letter is regarding the landscaping work that has been done at your property at 3838
CHERRY AVE. Anytime you do work in a hardcover zone on a lakeshore lot you need
to get the proper permits before you start the work. When you are working 0-75
feet from the lake you need to get a variance or conditional use permit due to the
fact that no new hardcover is allowed. This work includes new work or replacement
of existing hardcover. You must talk with the Planning Department to see
what applications/permits are required by ]une 25, 2004. You than must
get the proper permits or the hardcover that was put will be required to be
removed.
This letter also acts as a stop work order so no new work shall continue until you
have the proper permits from the city.
