Re: Renewal of Dock Approval, 3825 Cherry Avenue (Zoning File# 1515)
Dear Mr. Herman:
As you know,the variance approval granted in Resolution No. 2807 for construction of a'catwalk'
expired on May 29, 1991 because Jeff Johnson did not build it within the allotted year. In order for
you to renew this approval, you must file a variance renewal application (packet enclosed).
Assuming that you would construct the dock exactly as originally approved, many of the submitted
documents on file could be used again for your application. We will need a new property owners
list, and an updated survey will be required.
The next deadline for variance applications is Wednesday, October 21 at noon. Variance
applications meeting that deadline would be reviewed by the Planning Commission at a public
hearing on Monday,November 16.
