In order for you to renew this approval, you must file a variance renewal application (packet enclosed). Assuming that you would construct the dock exactly as originally approved, many of the submitted documents on file could be used again for your application. We will need a new property owners list, and an updated survey will be required. The next deadline for variance applications is Wednesday, October 21 at noon. Variance applications meeting that deadline would be reviewed by the Planning Commission at a public hearing on Monday,November 16.
