As per our conversation earlier this summer,your proposed boardwalk meets the seasonal structure
definition and does not need a DNR permit. Your voided $75.00 check is enclosed.
The boardwalk does require a pernut from the City of Orono and a variance from the Lake
Minnetonka Conservation District before proceeding with construction. I understand you've
obtained the city permit and are going through the LMCD approval process.
