Dear Jeff :
Over a month ago the City provided you with Drainage and Utility
Easements for your execution. A condition of the City' s
approving the partial vacation of the alley that intersects your
property was that you would grant the easement based on the
current residential boundaries of the property. The City has
been unable to file the vacation application and in good faith
issued a building permit for the construction of your deck
because you had promised to immediately provide an executed
easement for filing along with the vacation resolution.
